We maintain a core team of a minimum of six dedicated engineers. Now, on paper, they are all undergraduates who graduated from top-tier materials science, mechanical engineering, and metallurgy programs. But their real value, the part you can’t get from a textbook, comes from what they’ve done since graduation. Each of them carries with them a minimum of 15 years of hands-on engagement in this field.
