Is Wear and Tear Costing You a Fortune?

Let us build you a better solution.

If you’re constantly replacing a specific part, its design might be the problem. Send us the failing component. Our engineers will analyze it and create a custom-cast solution with improved geometry and superior wear characteristics to outlast the original.

Where Our Components Are Put to the Test

Our castings are hard at work across the mining cycle:

  • Drilling & Excavation: Drill bits, roof bolt plates, shovel adapter systems, and pick ends.
  • ⛏️ Crushing & Grinding: Crusher liners, hammer tips, grinder balls, and mill liners.
  • 📦 Material Handling: Conveyor system components, pump impellers for slurry, and valve bodies for abrasive flows.
  • 🚚 Hydraulics & Undercarriage: Track links, bushings, and hydraulic cylinder components for heavy machinery.

Alloys as Tough as the Job

We select materials for maximum endurance:

  • Manganese Steel (11-14%): For extreme impact resistance—it actually gets harder as it work-hardens.
  • Chrome White Iron: For exceptional abrasion resistance in highly abrasive environments.
  • Abrasion-Resistant (AR) Steel: For a combination of good impact and abrasion resistance.

Let’s Build the Hardest-Working Parts on the Planet

In mining, the cost of a component isn’t its price tag—it’s the total cost of ownership, including downtime and replacement labor. We build parts that deliver a lower cost per operating hour, period.
